There’s a lot that goes in to owning a brick and mortar small business. I thought I could manage the financials on my own and I learned really quick I was wrong. Rachel immediately met my needs, told me what tools would be best for what I needed and quickly got me set up. Kristy has our account and I can’t even tell you how happy we are with her. I was frantic tonight looking for information for taxes, and she sent me what I needed right away - I was expecting tomorrow at earliest since it was after hours, but that’s just how fast and awesome she is. Had another panic attack recently needing help with an IRS form and she not only helped me through but followed up days later to ensure I was good.
